Annotation. 

The procedures for structuring system and network objects are described, which ensure the allocation (at the level of direct perception/data registration) of integral structures consisting of relative entitiesuniversals. It is shown that the use of universal entities contributes to the achievement of more adequate and more effective ways of representing integral objects, both natural and constructed by man, than operating with non-relative entities (objects, individuals, data, etc.), first singled out separately, independently of each other, and only then correlated with each other. The methods of constructing objects and structures of perception using filters of reactions are demonstrated.
