Аннотация.

Определение приоритетов развития научных исследований в здравоохранении и медицине направлено на достижение рационального баланса, обеспечивающего максимальный учет общественных интересов. Сформулированные общие принципы формирования научных приоритетов нуждаются в системном анализе сложившихся подходов к их определению. В статье изучены методы и критерии, используемые для определения приоритетов медицинских научных исследований в зарубежных странах. Выявлены возможности и ограничения существующих подходов с учетом их влияния на научно-техническую политику и практику здравоохранения.
