Abstract.

The article is devoted to the study of the concept of non-stationary behavior in the modern economy. The difference between stationarity and non-stationarity is characterized by a specially defined concept of the state of the system being realized. It is assumed that the modern non-stationary economy, having reached a certain level of complexity, functions near non-linear equilibrium. This article also examines the impact of increasing complexity on the development of the economic system.
