V.N. Leksin "Artificial intelligence and robotics in the labor market. The Experience of system diagnostics"

The article clarifies the concept of “substitution of human cognitive functions” as one of the tasks of artificial intelligence. It is shown that artificial intelligence and AI-robots created on its basis have become a natural link in the history of replacing labor efforts due to the achievements of scientific and technological progress. The examples of AI-robots use in most modern spheres of social labor are presented. Debatable issues of the benefits and problems of replacing human by AI-robots in harmful, dangerous and new areas of work are discussed. The issues of people of mass professions displacement by these robots and possible solutions to the problems produced by this employment reduction are debated.
