Abstract.
The article deals with the issues of decision-making on incomplete data in an expert interactive computer medical system. The created system is the first and only domestic medical expert system with the ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty in the patient’s dialogue with the computer without the participation of a doctor. The basis of the methodology for building a system is information technology, a system approach and structural analysis. When creating the system, the authors focused on an important principle - the solution of a specific problem from an ethically complex field of medical knowledge (sexopathology).
