Abstract.

The article discusses the development of a formulation for the problem of ensuring the long-term preservation of electronic business documents how the problem of stabilization of control object under parametric perturbations. This article is a continuation of creating a theoretical framework for the management of long-term storage of electronic documents in a dynamically changing software and hardware environment.
