Abstract.
The results of researches on expansion and update of model approaches to providing the system efficiency assessment of network transport infrastructure projects are represented. In frame of model information interrelations iterative data exchange is provided by means updated decomposition algorithms for nonlinear optimization of transport network and flows assignment subject to fixed or variable demand on cargo and passenger transportations. There are proposed the modified procedures of diagnostics of natural monopoly properties of infrastructure network technologies. Special attention is paid to modeling total multiproduct cost function with hedonic factors and to forming generalizing criteria of assessment for infrastructure projects under risks. Elaborated approaches will increase the validity of choice of implementation for major socially significant network transport project.
