Abstract: Summarizes the series of studies based on game-theoretic modeling of geopolitical environmentaleconomic interactions using the theory of games with a hierarchical vector of interests of I. A. Vatel and Y. B. Germeyer. The main results of the conducted researches are formulated and generalized, possibilities of application of the received results are considered. The paper presents an algorithm for determining the strong Nash equilibrium in games with a hierarchical vector of interests from the two components (economic benefits of the player and reduce the environmental damage of all players), randomly but monotonically dependent on one variable (from energy consumption or other). The results can be used to justify a wide variety of environmental constraints.
