Abstract.

The paper suggests a simulation normative mathematical model of economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan describing the banking sector which takes into account the distress assets. The dynamics of material and financial balances is expressed through changes in factors of production and money. Flows of goods in the model are described by means of differential equations based on the balance method. A problem of parameter identification of the constructed model is set. The first results of identification are given.
